Not getting atm pin even after so many reminde

I would like to inform you that so many times i have made request for my atm pin (Near by hdfc Branch, vaishali, ghaziabad) after i have recieved my welcome kit. But yet i didn't recieved it on my

mailing addressed mentioned in my account number .when i asked that guy sitting at vaishali branch

they can help me out in this condition they seems to be totally helpless. I request you please do the

needful as i am unable to withdraw a cash especially when i need it and always i have to rush to hdfc branch with my cheque book. Even i am not getting proper response from customer care of hdfc.the
