Inappropriate Debit in Saving A/c

Please provide me a statement of my Saving account number 02391140066888. the intial balance in my a/c was 946.24. I deposited my salary chq, wherein the total balance was Rs.13319.24 as per sms message received on 20/03. I have not done any withdrawal transaction, however the balance now stands to Rs.12500.15 as per sms msg dt.17/04. Please let me know the deduction details in my account.
