Cheque not credited into account, unable to do third party transfe

Dear Sir

I am unhappy with the quality of customer service of HDFC Ref-55K20459, ref-013-731-872] Bank has offered to me from the past couple of weeks and I am writing to seek a remedy. I had opened a NRE A/C No:15141060001965 NRO A/C No:15141010000887 also given a cheque of $600 dated 15/08 is not yet credited my account also i cant do the third party transfer so that the amount which I had already send to the account is blocked.

After reviewing there reply letters from HDFC bank also refereed to previous communication From HDFC bank Representative and in particularly they had looked into this mater I can't wait for so long.this is totally unfair.and causing me a lot. I really felt that the concerned section must have resolved this problem today but unfortunate.

I would like to have this problem resolved quickly, I will consider lodging a formal complaint.
