Not refunding the Amount

My name is Prakash and in July I got a phone call saying that i had won a free holiday courtesy cambay holidays. We were invited to a demonstration at Gurgaon, their office, where Arun (Manager) and one of his female associates Nimmi explained to us the various schemes and facilities offered.we decided to take the 10 year plan and we deposited Rs 23519 .we were told that the remaining amoint will be collected by emi. But due some unfortunate circumtances I lost my job and I told them that i want to withdraw from the membership due to financial problem but of no use.

Since then we have tried to contact them but 90% of the time either their phone comes as busy or nobody picks up.on a couple of occasions when we managed to get through and we asked for our hard earned money to return, we did not get a satisfactory response.

these people should be punished and jailed.
