Passing falls information

Dear Sir,

This is about falls information passed to me during my sattlement period of my credit card i was told i'm not require to pay the instalment of month jan as officer already taken approval for the same and now HDFC people are asking for the same which is really tough for me to arange it at last moment though i'm trying to do it but in this case i want a some more time to repay the pending debts which was written in letter given by Bank. kindly help me out in this.
