Card lost but reminders for payments

My card no is 4346-7810-0781-1797 which has been lost in Nov.09. I have informed the Bank but no cognigence taken/nor fresh card sent but reminders for payments of balance amount is frequently coming. I have not received bills from Nov.09 onwards though I have advised my new address -2- times. I onceagain give my address :
