HDFC Credit Card
Without permission deucting balance

Hello,

My name is Seema Gupta. I have 5 years old A/c. 00881540018051 with

HDFC bank. I applied a credit card in 2008 but I didn't received

credit card from bank. After seven month, some didcation from my

account balance for bajaj life insurance life policy which was not

bought by me & bank charged 1500 rupees by cash from me for

clerification.

I faced lots of troubled from this issue. I complained lots of time

but they ignore me.

If you are not solve my proble then i need to go consumer court & i

will sue on bank.
