Complain Mail Regarding DMAT Ac Opening without My PERMISSION (Ac no-07211000029316

I am sending a complain mail about Opening a DMAT account without my permission with my account (Ac No-07211000029316) IN Nov and they give me confermaition mail, that my dmat account is closed but still this is not closed, and on Dec 11 Rs 551.50 dedcted from my account

I have allready talked with customer care but havn't got any reply.

pls suggest me wht can i do..
