POLICY CANCELLATION

I wanted to cancel my HDFC ERGO health insurance policy : 50649078

Ref no: HN18032011001273 and my rejection reference number is 50649077.

First of all I am cancelling my policy because I am not able to make the payments and now I have been told that I need to pay 75% of the premium and only 25% will be reimbursed and they say that it is clearly mentioned in the documents,

But the documents containing the rules was given to me only after buying the policy and that too 18 days after buying the policy and even no document was provided to read before buying the policy nor they told me on call

Infact I was fooled by them by giving me wrong information like the insurance can be used even for OPD treatments (I have the call recorded in my phone and have the proof for the same)

So if they tell me I should have read the conditions before buying the policy I would say the documents containing the rules and conditions was provided to me only after buying the policy and that too after 18 days.

I just kindly request you to cancel my policy and refund my amount.
