Accident claim

Sir,

my car number DL9CR8186 pPolicy number:02311200010330400000, i met with an accident on 20th Dec,

and a case was olso registerd against me, in this 2 people where minimal injuured .i gave my car for repaire in ROHAN MTRS on 22nd of dec.the surveryior came and told me that it will not be cassless as there is third party claim, so i paid 1 lac as per the bill. One month passed o was told that i will recieve a check from HDFC within 15 days but i didnt got it, so i called the surveyor and ask, he told me to give me the court papers (as our (third party) compromise was done in court). After that another 1 month passed and i was told "ho jaega hojaega" but noting happend.after 3 months i was told that it was drunk and drive case.and i asked for the documents but the investigater didnt showed me and told me that he has subbmited in cuctomer care.

i just want to know why it took 3 months and why i was been misguided and who will bear eaverything.

this was not my fault i was true from the starting.

iF hdfc persons R READING THIS SO KINDLY GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AND THELL ME THE RESONE.

AND IF NO BODY REPLIED ME THEN I WILL NOT TAKE HDFC INSURANCE AGAIN IN MY LIFE.
