HDFC ERGO car insurance

Iam having My car insurance with HDFC ERGO Policy No. VP00459517000100/R, will due on 14.04.2010. So far Ididnt get any mail/letter/calls from your side. Today I called up your Ernakulam Office (MG Road, Ravipuram) They dont have any idea about the renewal. Now they told me they cant renew my vehilce because its a 10 year old car. Why you people didnt call me before. this is not the service we expect from your side. Especially your Ravipuram branch is the worst branch I have ever seen.

Please give me a replay as soon as possible
