I availed a home loan for 13, 50, 000 with HDFC and the rep convince me that a property insurance worth Rs.50, 000 is mandatory and it is a one time payment.

Now they say that we need to pay that for all the 20 years.

I called every one with HDFC they say that they can do anything now.

They accept that the rep cheated me for commission but they said they cant do anything and will not return my money.

The manger says to even file a case to see if I could get my money back.

This is cheating and now they are not giving a proper response.

Please help me resolve this issue.

I want this to escalated so that this kind of cheating doesnt happen again
