HDFC Life Click 2 Protect
No Policy issued inspite of paying the preium

I had purchased an online policy from HDFC Life onn 31st Jan. Inspite of several calls and emails they have not responsed to further course of proceedings. May be because they have already received the money. This is really frustrating as it is often said insurance is matter of soliciation... Insurance providers must not forget that this is also a matter of providing service and buidling trust.
