PROPOSAL DECLINED BUT DIDNOT REFUND THE AMOUNT SINCE 9 YEARS.ITS LICENCE SHOULDBE REVOKED

Proposal 37245 on life of Akshay kapoor denied in sept.2002 but payment

still pending after 9 years.

Dear Sirs,

It has been unpleasant to say that the insurance company is least worried

over the payment to be made to the client, inspite of visiting their Agra

office and reminding them through email.

Even, the insurance ombudsman, UP circle, when asked to take the drastic

action against the insurance co., responded that it is beyond their

jurisdiction as per their letter dt.16.12.2003. They wrote that the

insurance company has sent me the cheque no. 480665 dt. 30.09.02 for

Rs.2913/-

On the contrary, no cheques had been sent to us. And that the insurance co.

is misguiding and utilising the amount for their own benefit.

Now, it is my request to you to take the matter with higher authorities and

get me compensated with the principal amount alonwith interest there upon

besides damages.
