Document Release

I have prepaid my Home Loan in full on 30.11.2009 vide Chq. No.369018 for Rs.133606.00 into the Bank Branch at Pithampur in M.P.The officials their said to collect my documents on 15.12.2009 as per their formalities and accounts updation. But till today i.e.19.12.2009 I've not received my documents back. Whenever I call them they are ready with some or other excuses. Moreover I have some cheques which I had given them for EMI now as I checked my ICICI Bank account today I was shocked as they have also cleared 1 cheque no.369033 of Rs.2047.00 as an instalement. I never thought that such a renowned Bank can do something like this. How can they present cheque in my account after the full recovery of the instalement is a mystery to me.
