Late cheque submitted without intimation and Cheque bounce

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken personal loan from HDFC Bank ac no-19594054 on 17th of september, i have given first EMI cheque dated 4th of Oct cheque late presented by HDFC on 15th without any intimation, i withdraw some amount by which 26 rs became less than the cheque amount, i communicate to HDFC call center as if i have given cheque of 4th of oct why they represent late reply was we dont submitted on 15th but between 4th - 6th oct, contact your ICICI bank for information, i followed up with ICICI via calls and email they ensure cheque was submitted on 15th and not cleared due to less amount, i followed then with HDFC bank they denied again and again but at last they admitted their fault, i told them kindly clear the cheque bounce entry from your end as well as ICICI Bank, reply was we can clear it from our end and also refund your bounced amount but not at the end of ICICI, i told them kindly provide me apology mail for this they agreed with this, but still no mail found from their side THEY SEND THEIR REPRESENTATIVE FOR COLLECTION&HE RAVI TOLD THAT MR SABBHARWAL SEND HIM BUT WHEN I TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME MR.SABHARWAL'S NUMBER TO CONTACT HIM DIRECTLY EXECUTIVE DENIED THE SAME.

Kindly help me i am presently mentally torturing by HDFC Bank, i need 2 lacs compensation regarding this matter as only i am following with both the banks (HDFC and ICICI) while fault was at HDFC Bank.

Kindly do the needful.
