Ecommondation service activated without permission

Respected Sir/Mam,

This is to inform you that i have just opened an Demat account with HDFC Securities. My client id is 32982935, and my trading account no is 1414590. first of all they used to call me many times they call me 10-15 times in a day for the recommendation service, every time i said that i don't required this service after that without my permission they have activated this service which is chargeable for me and i don't required this service. so you are kindly requested to please do something. I'll be very great full to you for this.
