10% DEDUCTION AS AGENCY FEES

I have invested Rs: 25, 00, 000 from my NRI A/c as one time investment in HDFC STD LIFE through a Agent who is also a official of HDFC Bank at Mangalore, Kadri branch. The HDFC STD LIFE deducted Rs: 2, 50, 000 as Agency commission and invested the balance in HDFC STD LIFE. If any one interested I can give more details. The Agent told me that the commission is only 0.8% but in fact they have deducted 10% and the agent got himself transferred out to another branch. So I advice the General Public not get into the same trap as me & sincerely advice not put your money in HDFC STD LIFE; rather put it in any POSTAL SMALL SAVING SCHEME. You will definitely earn more & it is guranteed by the Govt.
