Delay in PF Settlement

With reference to above subject I would like to draw your kind attention that I was an employee of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company with below mentioned details.

# Name of Employer: HDFC Standard Life Insurance (Now it is known as HDFC Life)

# Name of Employee: Mr. Rahul R. Sangani

# Base Location: Rajkot (Gujarat)

# PF A/C No. with Company maintained Trust: 2403

# EPS A/C No. with Company maintained Trust: MH/211273/2403

# Tenure with Company: 16th Oct TO 17th March

# Employee ID with Company: 9168

# PF Withdrawal Form 19 & 10C Submission: Submitted on 12th July to H.O. HDFC Life at Mumbai.

I also would like to inform you that company was maintaining its own PF Trust under the name and style of "HDFC Standard Life Employees Provident Fund", w.e.f November 1. but due to recent Government guidelines company has to transfer all its PF Funds to Government PF Trust office at Mumbai - Bandra Regional PF Office Branch w.e.f December 1. With all due respect to my previous employer i.e. HDFC Life, I would like to inform you that settlement of my PF withdrawal is pending till date. Upon contacting the company, I was given a reply from PF department that it will take another 3 to 4 months for settlement to take place. I sincerely urge you to Kindly look into the matter & do the needful so that timely PF settlement can take place.
