Redemption Request

Dear Sir,

Sub: Redemption Request -HDFC top 200 growth

Ref : 3324806

I have given three times redemption request with the following attachments.

1. Pan copy

2. Bank Pass Book front page with photo identity copy

3. Copy of cheque leaf

4. Banker's attestation.

They rejected and told there is slight difference in the signature. All above documents attached are valid documents for effecting redemption.

They are rejecting for silly reasons.

I also came to know from other sources that HDFC fund is doing like this for many investors compared to other funds.

Please advice me how to approach the court for legal action.
