Cancellation of health policies

Dear Sir,

Ihave asked by your representative over phone the benefits of policy

and as per that when i received the policy i found that iwas cheated

I received the three policies

1. OOHCP000001430 By name Shailendra Vaidya

2. OOHCP000001431 By Name Vandana Vaidya

3. OOHCP000001432 By Name Shifa Vaidya

Also i have been asked that the payment procedure will start after

receiving the policies and if you dont like you can cancelle this

after receiving the policies on toll free no.

I have already loged the request with customer care and request

no.is 887068390 on same day evening when i received the policies.

Also today i spoke to cancell the policies and received request no.

94392.

With this Pl..help me to cancell the three policies and confirm

the cancellation by mail.
