I bought acai herbal nutrition a 30 day trial pack on my credit card on 27th August. This was to be a free trial with only the shipping cost of US$ 4.98 to be charged, but when I got my credit card statement today US$ 84.98 was charged to me. I've been cheated with no product delivery so far. Also I got a mail from Acai Herbal Nutrition [noreply@acai-herbal-nutrition.com] confirming my order with order #:9104298 and for Customer Service, please call us toll-free: 1-866-489-6487.

No response on the toll free no.

Can somebody help and tell me what should I do to get my money back?
