Dear Sir/Madam,

I do not want to Holiday Package Diners Club Card card issuing by Effort BPO Ltd. of Delhi. Today on 2.11.2007 time 2.22Pm, One executive said that we are offering a card named as Diners Club card. In that card you will get some discounts. The offer was free of cost which was said by their Customer care officer, and it was not reflected in my billing cycle so I gave credit card details to them and the amount is credited from my account. There will be no nominal fee and no joining fee, no renewal fee only your credit card verification is required. So I have given my credit card details and immediately they have debited Rs. 5509.00 through my credit card.

Please don’t issue my card and reverse that amount.

Therefore my request you to consider the case and cancel the transaction made by Effort BPO Ltd, Delhi of amount Rs 5509.00.
