Highly dissatisfied

Dear LIC Team,

I had a very bitter experience with ur LIC Housing Finance company..which i seems to be one of the esteemed organisation, but i find its only on papers.

To tell you i have taken housing loan on 13/01 & my loan account no.: 014013699, loan amount: 11.25 lacs & because of delayed payment made by ur team at chandigarh... builder had penalise me for 4 lacs amount, despite of payment made by me on time.. I am in total disaaray as to what shud i do... Need ur help as builder had put in a huge penalty of 4lacs on me.

Need resolution & intervention of some senior official from Housing finance & get me a leeway from such penalty.
