Manashosting.com hosting useless

I have hosting account with manashosting every month they stop service asking for payment particulars. Where as my account will expire only 2011. They dont maintain payment particulrs and keep on asking customers for payment particulars each month you need to spend min 1 week to give them the payment particulars and to activate your account. and other one is high low and critical priority tickets they address low priority very fast if u choose critical or high they address only couple of weeks after. if you want your service 24/7 up never go with these guys.
