DHFL charging 3% for forcloser lette

Dear Sir

I have taken Plot loan construction loan (not taken construction now) from DHFL in June with rate of intrust of 10.5 that time. After that within one year they they have changed rate of intrust to 11.5%. I am really very upset with this and want to take over loan from SBI. I talked with DHFL they are saying that your loan you have to pay 3% changes for fore-closer latter. My loan is floating. How I can solve my problem. Is there any legal action i can take. Please need you help.
