For unsatisfaction

I submmit my laptopt at RT OUTSOURCING SECTOR 58 NOIDA on 13 fab DUE TO CAPS lock problem. and I recieve my laptop at 27 jan but proble has not solve.so I again submit my laptop at 03 fab but still laptop is not ok. And your employee is not giveing actual date.

so I am very unsatisfied to YOU if you will not take action on my complained. Then I have yo take support consumar court. And has to use my right because its my comercial laptop .and I have very big loss so pls take action.
