Delay in refill supply regularly

Sir,

I have made so many complaint previously against this agency and as a result they have corrected their service for the corresponding months. But now purposefully my refill cylinder supply is delaying for the last few months. Only one month they have supplied to me my refill cylinder promptly. Now the situation is becoming more worst and worst. I have booked for my new refill cylinder now it is 24 days. The delivery has not yet done to my residence. Pls check this matter seriously as i have given complaints against this agency before so many months. Pls take into consider my issue URGENTLY.
