Arbitrary reduction in limit

I am using hsbc platinum international card for last 6-7 years and never failed in payments most of my purchases was through this card only till last year. My limit was 275000 and on 6 th December i confirmed that i can use the card on my personal visit to Dubai with this limit. But when i purchased few high value items and paid through this card approval was not given i was humiliated and ashamed in presence of large no of indian and foreign tourists. Immediately i contacted hsbc Mumbai office and inquired about non approval. I was told that my limit has been reduced from 275000 to 24000 only. In spite of my repeated request my transaction was not approved. I have imformed them that i have not recived any message after 6 december (when i talked on telephone) about reduction in limit.

I request everyone not to use hsbc credit card . t

i hope necessary action will be taken by government authorities agains hsbc.
