Credit card -- Balance amount

Hello,

This is with respect to credit card no 4384599997123541.

Had stopped transaction with this card long back in 2007 (probably) with zero balance.

However from 2009 onwards am receiving statements from HSBC with payment due reminders.

Approached this bank for more details at least 3 times last year (1 mail transaction, 2 phone calls). Every time they re routed me to different numbers like 41186550 / 66432110 / 66432112 but no one to help.

Today because of this my name is listed in card black listing for no reasons. Recent statement that i have received says 13458.00 Rs to pay.

I wanted a complete statement of my card from the day i started transacting till date. This will help me in clearing my doubts.

Pls help me.
