Hi Team.

I have closed my HSBC credit card by making the payment and then i called their call center

and they accepted to close my card.

afer the card closure.

There was no communication between me and hsbc.

Suddenly after 2 years i get a statement from them asking me to pay 10, 000 rs

as they say its the late payment and finance charges that has been accumulated in my card.

i really dont undestand that how can they put the late payment when the card is closed.

i ask them the detail they send me the outstanding.

i have been mailing them every day.

they reply me with the outstanding amount.

they do not provide me any details.

i completely remember that there was no outstanding as i have taken loan fro other bank and paid for this credit card.

and it was the perfect amount that i have paid 2 years back.

as i was fed up with HSBC s hidden charges.

They have laid a trap for me and they have spoilt my credit history in the cibil account.
