Harassment from HSBC Collection Department

After September 25th there were some transactions of about Rs.50, 000 which has been done from my card. I informed the Credit Card deptt. as I know after the very first illegal transaction. I have filled all the dispute forms as asked by the service support center. The disputed amount took atleast 2 months to serve you. But before completion of two months, I am getting regular calls twice or thrice in a day for making a payment. I am now tired to give answers to collection department. Please do the needful.
