Dear Sir

I have placed order for the product code 3085, 3091, 3070 against reference No. 080420103868 dated 08-04 on my HSBC Credit Card. No.4476 9299 8251 4231, against redemption of credit crad reward points, But still thay are not sending the same and saying the reward redemption cataloge has been changed with effect from 21-04, as I had placed the order on dated 08-04, hance the HSBC should send the product as per previous cataloge

Kindly look into the matter
