I had registered for this HSBC premium circle program based on the promises made on the call early 2010. However when it come sto realization of vouchers offered there has been a pathetic response by Heritage holidays, who i understand is responsible for flight/ hotel booking.
Firstly they never tell you the segments & the hotels in the program when they make the offer an dthen you are left to somehow realize the offer with the VERY limited options available.
I have been in touch with Heritage Delhi office staff for my flight booking. And for my month old request of April 27th today they refused to book the flight tickets stating there was no availability. For the last 10 days the response hence been your booking is done, but the mail server is not working. They claim to have made reservations for my request, but i dont know on whose request they have made the reservations as it is not as per the voucher/my email.
Needless to mention, this has been a very frustrating experience.
I have been calling them up for last 2 weeks everyday – to confirm about the same but have been always given a non confirmatory reply.
