I am continuously getting calls from Pooja Yadav from the no. 911139817000 stating that I have to pay my outstanding amount for the credit card. I have never used HSBC credit card neither do I have one. When I asked her my details mentioned in her system, only my name was correct and other information like date of birth, work place etc was not correct. When I told her this, she asked me to give my actual details. I kept telling her it is some other person with the same name but she was just not ready to listen. What kind of unprofessional people have you hired??? Please take action against this.
