Wrong deduction of charges

Sir,

I hold a salary account (number 024-033813-006) with HSBC.

I have some ECS tagged to my account to ICICI PruLife of Rs 6000/pm in & pm.

Some time back I had given instruction not to pay any of these ECSs.

As a result of which each time any ECS comes to my account I have a debit entry for the same followed by an equal amount of credit entry for stop payment.

However it has come to my notice that there was a credit entry for ECS payment on 13th December for Rs 1 but only Rs 11, 896 was credited to my account later.

I have got back to my account manager about this but in vain.

Can you help me with this.

If this continues one day every bank will wipe out every penny from every customers account.
