Unauthorized use of my credit card

Subject: Unauthorized use of my credit card on 13/03 & 14/03 through online mode.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to reference to the subject, I Sachin Dwivedi using Hsbc Bank Credit Card from October but on 14/03 I received the call from HSBC Bank “Risk Department” stating confirmation on online transaction done on 13/03 & 14/03, I told them I have not used the credit card for any sort of online payment. The person told me that the transaction of Rs 40000/- (approx) have been done from your credit card, for some payment of (Idea cellular & Oxycash), I refused the confirmation of payment & blocked the credit card on 14/03.After that i have contacted HSBC Call Center number many a times but they told investigation is still going on.

I Have nearly tried to conatct the HSBC call center, every week for the investigation status but they told to contact me next week, next month & so on & so forth, they told me not to lodge police complain till investigation is going on. On 6th July, I Received the letter stating that, being a secured transaction i need to pay the amt & liable to pay interest too, because the my date of birth is being used while making the online transaction. I am not aware that who have done these online transaction from my credit card.

Kindly Check the matter on priority & revert on Urgent Basis.
