Harassment from the bank from over one yea

This is regarding my HSBC Gold Credit Card bearing no. 4384 5999 9993 3095.
I am being harrassed by the billing section of the bank continuously from last one year. Once there was a delay in payment of my bill by few days and the bank had charged me interest on it. Since this was one off kind of delay case I requested the bank to reverse the interest as I had been paying my bills on or before due dates regularly in general. The bank customer officer was so arrogant that he straight a way refused to reverse it. On this experience I asked them to just discontinue my card immediately.
Since then the bank has been showing accumulated dues from me which is nothing but interest on late interest may be from last one year. I do not have anything payable to the bank on account of purchases as I have cleared all dues.
The bank people were irritating me by calling 5-6 times a day when I was in the hospital during June to July for my brother who was suffering from cancer. I called the customer care of the bank to stop harassing me like this especially when I was tied up in some serious issues, but the bank people did not have any mercy they continued to harrasse me. Now they have gone to such an extent that they have started calling me on my office landline no. They even told my subordinates about the outstanding dues on my card. This is toally disgusting. I called the consumer care no. of the bank but of no help.
I request you to register my complaint against the bank and kindly help resolve this.
