Interest amount is not given

Dear Sir,

I recently paid the minimum amount due on my credit card bearing no- 4384599995680427

.I called the customer care to know the interest amount that would be charged if paid the outstanding amount within 4 days so that i could pay the total amount including interest at one go. But, they are saying they would not be able to provide this.
