RENEWAL SUBSCIRATION

Dear All,

When i was first offered HSBC credit card 4476929996111800, it was given to me free of charge, but now suddenly i receive the statement with renewal charges (membership fee) of rs 700 service tax of rs 70 ed cess of rs 5, when i called them up and told them that i was given the card it was free with no renewal charges @ suddenly after almost 5 years they have started charging???
