Service Issue

Credit card # 4384591344242438... HSBC sucks... and recent experience with bank forced me to cancel my card and also planning to close my banking account as well... They have one of the worst customer service i have experienced and recent experience with Ravi and Dinesh left me fuming with anger... and frustration.

I have requested for cancellation and they issued me replacement

I wanted to speak with supervisor but even for this, they want us to first do a verfication... unfriendly protocols

I wanted no due letter and that is too big a deal for them...

I wanted call back, they refused and asked me to call back after 30 minutes...

WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE???
