Payment dues completed still receiving statement showing more money evey month

Dear Sir,

With due respect and high regreat I would like to state the following compliants for your kind consideration and necessarry action.

I am an credit card holder on your branch vide A/C # 4476929987259416. All the outstanding dues were

completed nearly one year back and submitted the check and the credit card back to your local office at trivandrum as directed by your branch (damaging the credit card and return back to your bank). The final due of payment was (Rs 94.36) cleared one year back.

Refer to your credit card statment dated 27 jan the amount due is 1638 and due in Feb is 2146 and28 Mar is Rs 2663 and 28 Apr is Rs 3209.

Inspite of contacting the coustmer care and your local branch no action is taken.

With high regreat I like to inform in feature, I do not like to receive any statment in this regard also you are welcome to inform to contact any person in trivandrum to slove this issue
