EMI problem

Dear Sir,

we are getting every month statement and paying regular on time but still my account is showing due of Rs.3718.43, which is wrong. So many times i called to Customer Care Deptt.regarding our EMI matter but they didn't short out. Matter is, I make a transaction of Rs.32640/- in month of July '2010 and give request for 6 EMI. When, first time i called to Customer Care Deptt.give a request for 12 months EMI but due to excess interest, again i called them and request for 6 EMI but they didn't update. Now, they calling every day more than 10-12 times for recovery of Rs.3718.43. For your kind information, you may see month wise due and payment detail:-
