Reversal of Interest Charges

Hi

I am holding the gold card from HSBC 4384 5999 1010 3638 since

I was reviewing the interest charges for last 1 year and found Rs. 11992/ has been charged because of part payment, I am seeking your help to get some waiver around 50% on the interest charges and I will make the full payment on outstanding and will continue with card.
