Unnecessary annual fee/hidden charges

When the card was issued (HSBC Bank) to me the bank told me it was free of cost. But after one-two year they charged me some annual fee/hidden charges I called to the customer care of HSBC BANK and ask them to send me complete statement my card around starting. Then those people ruddily behave me. But every month they started to send me the charges with late fees. Currently the amount is some around 20000 and they issue me a letter saying that the recovery agent comes to be to collect the amount. Kindly suggest me what to do.
