Changed on offe

Dear Sir,

I have received call from HSBC to offer me a credit card with 5% cash back (5 % cash back on all type of purchase, online, retail) and lifetime free charges. Based on the offer i have submitted the document and after checking the document they have changed my offer to send me the card which do not have 5 % cash back and yearly charges 499/- taxes.

After the checking the first account statement i immediately contacted them and asked them to check my statement and offer which you have offered me while purchasing the card. Now they simple refused to revert the charges towards the credit card and forcing me to pay the annual fee with tax.
