Unreasonable charging

I am a customer of Airtel from last 5 -6 years. Once there was a time when Airtel was so confidant about there bills, at that time they were stamping on their bills REWARD OF Rs/-1000 ON BILLING MISTAKE.

But now a days they are also cheating as the other low grade companies.

I am using Airtel GPRS. On 1st August company deduct 35 Rs/- . As per company's customer care the reason was using of Airtel live. I aproach to senior officer, they refund my deduced amount.

Now on Aug 21.2010 again deduct my Rs 63.80 on the name of Airtel live charges.

The companies have full right to deduct amount from customers account whithout any proof. On complaining they blame to customer. What can I do now? Please suggest me!!
