HSBC Credit Card
Illigal transaction put on me

I had applied for HSBC credit card in but never received that card, now HSBC asking me to pay for transactions that never has been done by me, and they put my name in CIBIL report.

I dont know how HSBC can charge on card that never received by me. They are asking me to pay amt of Rs 88000.

Even they are saying like Rs 22000 transaction has been made, but limit on card is Rs 19000.

Plz suggest me to clear my CIBIL report and resolve the issue.
