Haressement of Recovery agent visit at home and recovery calls

I would like to Register a complaint againts HSBC credit card company. My credit card number is 4384599911126752. The have suddenly reduced my credit credit limit without informin me due to which I was unable to make purchase out of station. My credit limit was reduced from 124000/- to only 81000/-.

In addition to that they have charged me a transaction purchase of Rs 4199 which I have not done. I have informed the same to theier customer service however they are reluctant to answer the same and they want me to pay the same. Now that I have declined to do that they are harressing me at my residence by sending gundas to my home. I request help form your side... thanks
