Annual Fee Regarding

Dear Sir,

I got HSBC Credit Card Number 4416929993370912. They told me that there is no annual fee for the credit for life. I charged for Rs 1158.15 for annual fee. Even I do not use that card from the day beging. There is no transaction for even 1 rupee. Then how they charged like this. If we refuse to pay the amount they simply reverse the same and make a list in CIBIL. (The same thing happen to one of my friend Mr S Satheeshkumar) How can you allow this type of business. I got some little goodwill in CIBIL. What is my position now?
